The central theme of my work is celebrating the gift of life. Most of my work in the last few years has been commissioned. I enjoy the challenge of combining the client’s vision and needs with my own ideas to create lasting depictions of significant memories in their lives. Although I am open to considering many concepts involving the human figure, I am particularly drawn to capturing subjects in motion. Movement, after all, is what captures our attention. Children at play and athletes in motion are my favorite subjects because of the passion for life they demonstrate. It is a constant challenge to capture these qualities in bronze and pass that on to the viewer. When developing each new sculpture my primary concern is artistic integrity.GARY ALSUM

​For more than two decades, Gary has worked with clients in bringing their unique vision to reality in bronze.  He has numerous memorials, depictions of historical events and moments from everyday life placed in public and private collections throughout the United States – from Maine to Hawaii to Florida.
'The central theme of my work has always been to celebrate the gift of life.  My goal is create work that stands on its own artistic merit regardless of subject matter. Combining a client's vision and community input and needs with my own interpretation usually starts out as a challenge but is particularly satisfying. Those projects are team efforts where we all can win.'

DeDecker has gone on to receive copious awards, such as the Critics’ Choice Award from the Kimball Art Museum, Fort Worth, TX. Jane DeDecker has been making a major contribution to the world sculpture scene since 1986. Creating over 300 limited-edition original sculptures. She has been published in magazines reaching global circulations, from Art and Antiques to European Home and Gardens. She has been sought out for her artistic integrity by organizations ranging from the National Parks Service to the President of the United States. “My work is a cumulative process made of my life experiences and my desire to sculpt the human form. Through his bronze sculpture, he captures a timeless intimacy for the viewer. His art is known for its energy, movement and technical mastery. Both his figurative and his wildlife work share a powerful yet elegant quality, drawn from his classical approach to sculpture. He travels extensively and draws on these experiences in creating his art. His work, which is created in his studios in Colorado, ranges in size from table top to monumental. His editions and commissions grace many private collections and public art programs. Inspiring a connection and curiosity between the viewer and the world of animals has been my focus for many years. A lifetime spent observing and working with animals has only served to heighten my interest. It is intensely personal and honest. His themes are recurring: Spirit, Love, Forgiveness, Healing, Relationship, Endurance, the Sacredness of the Human Spirit, and the Strength in each of us, the Power of all that is Natural Denny Haskew currently resides in Loveland, Colorado where he is actively engaged in the art industry as a sculptor. He received his degree from the University of Utah, then served two years in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Having spent numerous years as a guide and ski instructor, Denny has learned to love the rivers and mountains of the western states of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and Utah. After moving to Loveland, a hub of successful working sculptors, he wasted no time in getting monumental sculpture experience through working with renowned sculptors including Fritz White and Kent Ullberg N.A. Since 1987, Denny has created and placed dozens of monumental compositions; spanning the full spectrum of the figurative genre. As a member of the Potawatomi Citizen Nation, it is only natural for his artwork to follow the Native American culture. His art has not been limited to Native American and southwestern subjects, however, as he frequently explores abstract forms placing emphasis on the qualities of the metal and stone used. As a Charter member of the National Sculptors' Guild and being close to other sculptors and the Loveland area foundries has helped him to master all the foundry processes involved in producing a desirable and lasting monumental bronze sculpture. Over 50 major public placements include the Smithsonian Institution, DC.; the Gilcrease Museum, OK; Cerritos, CA; Little Rock, AR; the Shakopee Mdewakanton Dakota Sioux collection, MN, and the Barona Band of Mission Indians, CA. His outlook on life and sculpture largely stems from his Irish/Potawatomi heritage. He states DENNY HASKEW

My best work has regret and relief and sometimes I throw wrenches. I steal natural shapes for my sculpture. Animal bones and river stones feel familiar in my gut. They’re all over the place, and they’re beautiful. I take emotional resonance and apply it to beautiful shapes. The right emotion AND the right shape just might be powerful to the right person. Maybe it is a small example of how to practice BOTH AND in addition to EITHER OR. My intent is to make art that contributes to a wider conversation about justice and care and our impact on the world. Joe Norman graduated with a degree in engineering from Stanford University prior to careers in product design consulting, education, and fine art. His furniture and sculpture explore environments that support and promote communities. Many of his designs are direct results of working with schools, families, and businesses to develop places that encourage people to work and be together in positive and supportive ways. Joe believes that gathering places feed the soul of our communities; that it is around our kitchens or with our feet propped up on coffee tables that we have some of our most important conversations. He thinks the most important part of his work isn’t the tables he makes, but rather it is about the people that are sitting around them. In other words, we do not need more stuff in our lives that does not bring us together in community. Joe’s furniture is made with recycled and environmentally conscious processes and materials whenever possible; he considers the earth itself as an important member of our global community. In fact, many of his ideas in were born from wrecking yards, recycling centers, and retired bicycles. His machine shop is powered by renewable wind energy.JOE NORMAN

"When I create, I attempt to emphasize both contemporary and classic design elements: line, space, texture and color reflected by intricate patinas. My abstracted human and animal figures are then cast in small limited editions. Bronze is the ideal medium to continue this melding of old and new with my signature style resulting in the expression of attitude or emotion."
